I’m a Care Expert at Lottie, having joined in January 2023. In this role, I help individuals and their families find the most suitable care homes and home care agencies for their specific needs. I speak directly with care seekers to understand their unique situations, preferences, and requirements, ensuring they’re matched with the perfect care solution.
A large part of my role involves providing comprehensive support to families as they navigate the often complex and emotional journey of securing care for their loved ones. This includes offering guidance on various aspects of elderly care, such as understanding the different types of care available, exploring funding options, and addressing any other concerns or questions they may have.
Lottie's team of Care Experts, including myself, are well-versed in all aspects of elderly care. This extensive knowledge enables us to offer informed and personalised advice, helping care seekers make confident and well-informed decisions about their care options.
What I find most fulfilling about my role as a Care Expert is building meaningful relationships with the people I assist. Each week, I take great pride in knowing that I’ve provided genuine help and support to individuals and families during challenging and often emotional times in their lives. This aspect of my job is rewarding, as it allows me to positively impact the lives of those I work with.
I have received training from:
I’m also a certified Dementia Friend.
