Waterhouse Manor has now hosted two Red Cross First Aid workshops for Peterborough U3A. All has been excellent, the staff are welcoming, the venue room warm and comfortable, tea/coffee/biscuits provided. All free of charge. The home manager, Milly is patient and approachable. I had the pleasure of attending the grand opening and Christmas fair which were fantastic events and very well organised. During my visit, I had a positive tour from Milly showcasing the many facilities of what the home has to offer. It is a wonderful environment, has a welcoming team and residents receive the highest level of care.

My nan recently stayed at Waterhouse Manor for respite care. She very much enjoyed the entertainment but most importantly, the care. From the moment they picked her up, they kept us up to date with day to day activities and she is now home feeling refreshed. My Nan thoroughly enjoyed her time during her stay. The home has great facilities and a beautiful place for a break or permanent home. I would 100% recommend to friends and family.

I’ve got the pleasure of being part of such an amazing team. The 80-Bed home is brand new and state of the art, both the Home Manager Natalie & Customer Service Manager Milly have been absolutely amazing in uplifting and encouraging potential residents & families into the home. Would definitely recommend and the home is beautiful!! Has a lovely homely vibe to the home with a cinema, large outdoor area, pamper rooms and communal dining areas and lounges☺️

We had the pleasure of working on the development of this home by completing the furnishings installation - during a process which can be very hard work, the team at Waterhouse Manor were so helpful, friendly and supportive that it made our job a really enjoyable one. I am positive that with the team in place at this home any resident will be cared for with the utmost courtesy and dignity and it goes without saying will be extremely well looked after too.
