What can I say what a lovely home! The staff are always pleasant and can't do enough for the residents. All the staff are very professional and work to a very high standard. The home is absolutely spotless and smells clean. The standard of food is excellent and always looks appetising, there is a choice of what to have on a daily basis. Everyone works really hard. The home is spacious with a good atmosphere and the staff seem happy in their work. Nothing is too much trouble for them. In my opinion, you can't do better than this establishment. What a lovely place.

If you're going to leave a score, at least leave comments!!! My Mother in Law is in this fabulous home. Beautiful accommodation, lovely caring staff, excellent food menu and daily cakes. I'm tempted to sell my own home and go live there myself. So thankful that NewCare saved "Egerton House" after the previous owners left it to rot. It's a place close to our hearts as we got married in the original building. Recommend a visit to look at the high standards on offer.
