As soon as you walk in you can feel the welcome and warmth of the home, the team is friendly, Manager is a very calm and pleasant person , overall team communication and interactions are very professional and disciplined , the staffs are well informed of their duties and responsibilities. My mum is now residing at the home.She has a really nice spacious room,with bathroom. The staff are really good, friendly and professional.They go the extra mile to help her settle,and mum enjoys the meals.Will take mum a while to settle in,but we are now happy that she is in a safe place,and will be looked after.🙂
