And, a purpose built care home opened in 2016, which boasts stunning communal areas with hand-picked interiors. The residents' friends and family are always welcome to visit, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes Bridge House of Twyford so special. All bedrooms have been individually and tastefully styled in keeping with the building, many of which afford beautiful views over the well maintained gardens and surrounding countryside, with other facilities including a library, drawing room, lounge and conservatory.
Individuals with low care needs but may need assistance with personal care and day-to-day tasks including dressing, food preparation and washing.
Individuals that have been diagnosed with dementia and are no longer able to live independently at home due to requiring specialist 24-hour care services.
Individuals that require 24-hour assistance due to medical conditions and/or personal living needs. This may include people that require intensive rehabilitative care following a stroke, or simply need support using a peg feeding tube.
Individuals that require a temporary living arrangement at a care home. Respite is also referred to as a short care home stay and may range from a few days to a couple weeks.
