I was lucky enough to leave a very dear friend in your care. She was more than well looked after by management and all the staff cook cleaners nursing staff all working together to provide a safe enviroment for those in need. Our dear friend was more than happy and told us often enough. Sadly she was unable to join in all the activities on offer but was never left out with talking books doggie visits and plenty of company. We can never thank any of you enough and can say we would reccomend queens lodge. Lorraine and Brian

When mum/gran had to be move from her home to a care facility in April, 2016, we almost lost her within 3 months due to poor quality care at a different home. Fortunately, we were able to secure a place for mum/gran at Queen's Lodge and from that time until her recent passing, she received the most dignified and attentive care that we could ever have hoped for. While we were spending her last few days with her, every single staff member was so kind, supportive and thoughtful to mum/gran AND US that we could not be more grateful and honoured that our mum/gran spent her last 2.5 years at Queens Lodge. We recommend it without reservation.

I just want to say what a wonderful day I had with my mum on Christmas Day. The staff were brilliant, they couldn't do enough for us. All the residents had guests and we all ate a delicious 5 course lunch, I don't know how the cook managed it! The Christmas gifts to the residents from the home's owners was a lovely touch and I was moved to see my mums face light up. Thank you to you all for making our Christmas a very special one.

I went to look round Queens Lodge for a place for my parents. I was very impressed with what I saw. The staff were very friendly and professional and they looked very smart (in proper nurses dresses which you don't see a lot anymore). The home itself is spotless and with no hint of an odour which is a very good way to tell how good the care is. The residents I saw were cheerful and told me it's a lovely home. If any of my friends or family ever need care in the future I'll definitely tell them to look here. I just wish they had room for my parents, but sadly they didn't.
