My mother became a self funding resident at Foylebank in September at the age of 102. She has her own room and telephone with competent, friendly round the clock care. The staff are resolute in keeping the home cover free. Visiting has been difficult because of Lockdown rules but staff have helped to manage safe visits. Karen has been very helpful in keeping me informed about mum's health and personal requirements such as toiletries and new night wear. I want to thank all the staff for their extremely hard work during such difficult times. Marion Richards.

Thanks for looking after my Mum through all the ups and downs that she has had. The staff have been really helpful, (especially through Covid 19).They think about the people in the home and find ways to get around issues. One of which was by getting a pressure pad for her bed after she went walk about one night. Thankyou to you all!!
