Ladybrook Manor Care Home

Our Grandad came here in December 2023 and was not in a good place both mentally and physically. Following multiple accidents at his home and long stays in Stoke hospital, Grandad accepted that change was needed and we got him discharged from hospital directly to the home. Grandad was unable to walk safely at this time. The process was so easy and well coordinated by the team and I am pleased to say that Grandad is enjoying his life here. He is happy, well fed and supported by the team. Through his mobility classes we are pleased to say that he back on his feet and walking. The team here are brilliant and always available to have a chat about anything. He even gets his fresh oatcakes from Staffordshire curtesy od Sue x

OK so it’s expensive. Eye-wateringly expensive. I’ve seen a lot of care homes and sheltered housing, but I’ve not seen anywhere better than Ladybrook Manor. My Mum moved out of her house a few months ago, having lost her husband and her daughter, who was acting as her carer at home. Awful time for her, and there are no quick fixes, but I couldn’t be more impressed with Ladybrook Manor - staff, carers, chefs, cleaners - they’ve all been great, friendly and supportive. It is indeed like a posh hotel, it’s a restaurant not a dining room, it’s assisted living for her, with added care and super meals too! 100% recommended if you can afford it.

My mother moved in for 4 weeks of respite and has decided to stay permanently. The staff are all extremely friendly and kind, the other residents have been very welcoming to my mum, she doesn’t want to go back home. Her room is impeccably clean and she loves the food. So glad we found this place.

I work on an agency and see a variety of care homes and out of hundreds i do see, Sunrise of Bramhall is the most outstanding home i have ever stepped into. Beautiful rooms in and out, almost like staying in a luxury hotel with plenty of activities and outstanding care. High staff levels who are all friendly and good co-ordination, really would recommend to people and feel as if it's one of the only care places I would want to stay at myself.

This care home is part of a worldwide network of "Sun Rise" living homes. It offers nursing care, residential care and dementia. It is often referred to the 5* care home of the area and it certainly lives up to this description. I have a good friend currently being cared for in this home and I can not fault it from any angle. Excellent satff, food, surroundings and care.
