Fantastic staff who not only take great care of the residents, but also support each other throughout their working days. Management team makes time to listen and take action as best as they can to resolve any concerns that may arise. Plenty of outdoor space to make use of when the weather permits!

I have been made to feel so welcome at Oakdene and Acorn. The people who live in the home have been both friendly and welcoming. Staff are excellent and kind. Meeting relatives has also been a pleasure. I look forward to working with everyone and taking the home from strength to strength. It really is an amazing place full of love, warmth and compassion. We are very grateful to all the staff at Oakdene for making our mum’s last few months so comfortable. She was very happy there, the staff are kind and attentive. As far as the practicalities go, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, there is a garden and the food is good. Mum even had a brief swansong thanks to the happy atmosphere and daily activities.
