I joined Lottie as a Care Expert in February 2024. At Lottie, our team of Care Experts provides ongoing support to care seekers, ensuring they have all the necessary assistance to find the best care home or home care service.

With extensive knowledge in all aspects of elderly care, I provide comprehensive support to care seekers through our care concierge service. I help people find care, either for themselves or their loved ones. My role involves guiding them through the often complex care sector and helping them understand their options so they can make informed decisions.

An aspect of being a Care Expert that I find particularly rewarding in my role is engaging with care seekers to better understand their specific needs and circumstances. It’s a genuine privilege to help these individuals and families navigate the often challenging journey of finding the right type of care.

I have received training from:

• The NHS (and have obtained an NHS Care Certificate)
• The National Bereavement Service (bereavement support)
• Mind (mental health support)
• Integrated Care Board (ICB) leads
• Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) & Society of Later Life Advisers (SOLLA) accredited financial advisers

I’m also a certified Dementia Friend.
