Avon Valley Care Home

Cant fault any aspect of this wonderful care home. Staff have made my mother and family so welcome from day one. The rooms are bright, well equipped and kept in spotless condition. For mass catering the food is excellent, good variety and catering for individuals needs. Good choice on a daily basis. If you are looking for a loved one to receive the care, love and attention they deserve look no further than this wonderful establishment.

My stepfather has been in Avon Valley care home since pre covid. As a family we looked at several homes before choosing Avon Valley and none could match the facilities and cleanliness of Avon Valley. Staff are attentive, caring, friendly and always on hand to talk to us as family. My step father is fussy regarding food and he is able to choose and order his choice. Activities and theme days are put on by the never tiring staff, nothing is too much for them. Residents are encouraged to join in the many activities that are put on daily. We liken it to a 5 star hotel. It is a big step to place your relative in to a home but I know that it has extended and enhanced my step fathers well being. Please keep doing what you are doing because you do it well!!!

My husband moved into this Care Home with rapid young-onset dementia. The care he (and I) have received is outstanding. All of the staff are professional, friendly and cheerful, and always make time to chat through any concerns. The Home has a lovely feel as soon as you walk in, like a hotel with care provided! I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

I've had two members of family stay at Avon Valley at different times. It was initially chosen due to the cleanliness, friendliness and attention to detail. We haven't been disappointed. Staff are all caring and helpful. They get to know their residents individually and put their welfare first. There is a constant offer of activities and delicious food throughout the week. They also offer occasional outings to the residents which is lovely to see on their social media when loved ones are not living close by. We're very pleased with this home and appreciate all the staff have done for our family ❤️

I have visited quite a few times since my auntie has moved in here, all staff I have come across have been lovely and friendly, the rooms are lovely and spacious, we have visited over lunch times and they always have a lovely menu on for the residents, in the summer we have sat out in the garden area which is also really nice. Also there is a little coffee area when we arrive so always take a coffee in with us. I would highly recommend this care home! My auntie is happy here and well cared for. Keep doing a great job!
