We offer a regulated service which is nurse-led and has a clinical team that operates locally to your area, where we can assign a dedicated clinical care manager. The clinical care manager works with clients and their families to implement a tailored and person-centred care plan. They will continue to have clinical oversight of the care package and conduct spot checks and carer supervisions. Hometouch has its own internal software to match carers based on skills, experience, hobbies, interests, personality, likes, and dislikes. A dedicated care advisor will support the match and present the carer profile, and we can set up an initial call as an introduction to find your perfect carer match. Hometouch believes in and provides continuity with the same carer to deliver the best quality of care. All care packages start as a trial to ensure confidence in our service.
