Dounemount Care Home provide high quality care to residents and ensure families and friends feel welcome to visit their loved ones. Nothing is ever too much for the staff and they all have such good bonds with my granny.

My mother has been a resident for nearly 4 years and during this time the care she has received has been excellent . The staff go above and beyond what would be expected normally in their role to help make my mothers stay in Dounemount as enjoyable as possible for her and us as a family. The new manager has made positive strides in a short time to amend some staff issues and her plans for the future give us positive assurance that things are going to get even better at Dounemount . Well done team Dounemount and thank you.
