My mum has just had two weeks respite at the Potteries and I was so impressed with the home and the staff. Everyone was very friendly and seemed to know her name from day one. They treated her with great dignity. The home is bright and airey with a lovely reception and cafe area. Great attention to detail was paid to everything. I delivered my mums clothes the day before admission and they were immediately taken and named and were hanging in the wardrobe/ drawers when we arrived with a welcome basket of fruit/ chocolate and a card. The lifestyle team encouraged mum to take part in activities of which there are many. They managed to get her to eat her meals in the dining room with everyone else which was good for. Thanks to all the staff at the Potteries, they are a great team . I would definitely recommend this care home

Honestly I was really to see the place it was very neat and tidy and it also looked like a modern house. They treated us very nice and they were very welcoming all the staffs and the residents was very loving. I loved how they treated themselves as a one big family. I really enjoyed being there and I hope to be there soon.

I visit The Potteries as an entertainer on a monthly basis and cannot recommend them highly enough. The Activities Team always go over and above to enhance the daily life of the residents and all the other staff I have encountered have displayed just as high a level of care and commitment. A lovely place to visit.

The potteries is a lovely place and the staff are all wonderful. My Nan spent 4 years there before she passed and now my Grandad is also there. We recently visited for his birthday and they gave us private use of the cinema room to host a party for him which was lovely. He enjoys the weekly activities, the food is great and it's always a nice place to come and visit him in.
