Diamond House Care Home

I cannot thank the staff enough here for taking care of my father Barry W. who came to you with advanced dementia. He was treated lovingly and respectfully and he was lucky enough to be taken out to the local cafeteria with the staff which he enjoyed. We enjoyed taking him in the garden in the wheelchair and he loved looking at the flowers and trees. When he passed away in his room ALL the staff were amazing and so respectful. Thank you especially to Paul. I would definitely recommend Diamond house care home to anyone.

I just want to say this is a very good care home my mum recently stay here and fantastic care the staff were caring and looked after my mum with dignity can't thank the staff ,the room she had was comfortable and always cleaned every day .If there was any problems was notified straight the way and Kim in the administration was always helpful also jane one of the seniors was great 👍 my mum was in the sapphire unit .just want to say thank you all

My dad was sent to Diamond care home for rehabilitation for his mobility after spending 6 weeks in hospital. My dad was there from 23 Dec 2022 , he was really poorly and was put on end of life a couple of days after arriving. The staff were fantastic with my dad , very caring, and compassionate and nothing was too much trouble for them. Unfortunately my dad passed away on the 2nd Jan 2023 with his family around him. I would definitely recommend this care home, they go the extra mile not only for their residents but for the families too. Thank you to all the staff. From John Whitfield's family
