Carpathia Grange Care Home

I visit Carpathia regularly as a healthcare professional and I love visiting them. I am always made to feel more than welcome and the team treat me as one of their own. They are caring and professional with the biggest smiles and best sense of humour. Thank you Team Carpathia

Carpathia Grange really go above and beyond. When my dad was too poorly to come home from hospital and had to go onto palliative care we looked around a few care homes in the area but none of them compared to Carpathia Grange. After feeling very depleted looking round another care home we called Carpathia to see if we could have a last minute look around. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly, really putting me at ease. The facilities are incredible and I could really envision my dad happily being a part of the community that they have created there. They helped us with advice on funding and have been really accommodating. Overall it has made an extremely difficult situation and decision easier and has reassured the family so much.

Wow! Honestly, that is how I have to start this review, I viewed Carpathia this morning along side my sister and it is beautiful! At reception we were greeted with a very professional and friendly receptionist. Being shown around by the lovely Ellie, she was professional, friendly and really welcoming! All of the staffs and residents had smiles on their faces everywhere you looked. It had a really homely feel! I know my dad would be extremely happy here.

Such a lovely place with amazing staff - so caring and supportive to residents and their families. So much going on and residents encouraged to get involved. Staff are really concerned about making sure that residents are settled, comfortable and content in their home and they work so hard to ensure their best interests are met at all times.

I have visited this care home on a number of occasions over the last year . I have found this care home absolutely fabulous! The experience starts at the reception where you are greeted with a very professional and friendly receptionist! The manager who I have also met numerous times is again very dedicated and professional too , which seams to filter down through all the staff everywhere with in the home . All the residents are cared for and you can tell this by how happy they are !!
