Jasmine Court Care Home

This care home is a real gem . Everybody here is smiley , professional , welcoming and lovely with all residents , each other and the family . Dad was here for only a short period however the family will remember the experience for ever . This place puts the care into care home !

Dad was admitted from a previous 'Emergency assessment bed' and shown to require full 24-hour residential care. I visited prior to induction and was very pleased with the whole experience, layout of rooms & atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble, and questions/queries were dealt with quickly. The management team/staff show a huge passion for what they do in what can be a very 'challenging environment'. Dad was positively depressed in his assessment home and now smiles and feels extremely content and relaxed in the Jasmine Court. Constantly fussed over by the staff, he says he is in a hotel! I would, without doubt, highly recommend Jasmine Court. The building is light and airy. tidy & welcoming. Activities are varied and all backed up by scratch made home cooked food. Altogether a very pleasant experience & not just for the residents either!!!.

Personal care good, good atmosphere and friendly staff.

Great staff that care about their residents and families, always try to do their best for their residents needs. Activities for residents to join in and have pleasure from. It is nice getting to know the staff. My Dad has been in here for 18 months now and they have always been very helpful and Dad has settled into this bright, friendly, very pleasant homely atmosphere. Can't thank the staff enough for all they do for Dad.
