Hinckley House staff have looked after my 88 years old Mum for some time now and she is very happy there. The staff are friendly, courteous and very dedicated. I would rate this care home among one of the best and would recommend it to anyone.

Hinckley House is a warm and friendly care home. The staff are friendly and caring. Dad is well looked after and any concerns are dealt with without delay

I can´t rate Hinckley House highly enough. I was not looking forward to putting Mum into a home, but this has been the best decision, for sure. The staff are professional, but also so attentive and kind. The home itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated too. Simply put, I wouldn´t want my Mum to be anywhere else.

My mum works at Hinckley House. I visit the residents especially on open days. The home is fantastic not at all what I thought a care home would be like. The staff are great really friendly and carding. The residents are always happy to chat with me and the home is always welcoming. The cakes are amazing
