Responding to comment made last mth by MELISSA KINGS partner GAVIN DORAN as Melissa's auntie Trudy Ryan you are not being fair Melissa chose to walk out and finish a perfectly good job, which I new she loved unfortunately I feel your comment about my work place and my colleagues especially my managers sue and Karen who has helped Melissa the time she was at bramble lodge I will not let you ruin the Reputation of my work place this is very unjustified regarding Food / cleanliness, and dogs bramble lodge is a clean and friendly atmosphere and the residents well cared for I have been at bramble lodge nearly 13years and enjoy every moment I've been so embarrassed and Iam ashamed to call you my niece this is a very serious allegation and could lead to prosecution refer to CQC for a better understanding of bramble lodge

My husband's auntie is currently a resident at the home. We have visited at all times of the day and have found ALL of the staff to be polite, caring and kind towards us and Auntie. BRAMBLE LODGE in my opinion is exceptional. Auntie was unwell when she arrived. The doctors, nurses and staff worked together quickly to resolve this and she has made a good recovery. My own mother had dementia and was in 4 care homes during 14 years. In this time I have seen a huge range of facilities offering 'care' for a over one. Trust me .... this is the best I have ever seen, and I have seen lots!
