Grosvenor Villas - Rose Villa Care Home

Orchid Villa was my mum’s home for almost 8 years. During that time her needs were complex and forever changing. The staff at the villa were always caring and patient. I could ring or visit any time and the nurses would always make time for me and other family members. It has been a difficult journey, but I want to say a very big, heartfelt thank you to the staff who cared for her. Mum is at peace now. Thank you x

We couldnt have chosen a more loving caring nursing home for our late mum. Orchid Villas was mums last home for 17 months. The staff each and everyone of them giving outstanding care, love and commitment every minute of their shift. Mum suffered with Altzeimers and was very active all day long. On occasions presenting challenging behaviour. This was always met with love , caring and understanding from all the team. Family always welcome and included in day to day activities. * fabulous care * great food *entertainment and activities daily *home from home feel towards the family We as a family can't thank this team enough for all the care and support they gave our mum and us a family. We will truly miss this team they became part of our family. 2

I couldnt have chosen a more loving caring . Home for my husband who has been a resident now for nine months . The staff are very doting and tend to all my husbands needs . The meals are excelent well presented The laundry very nicely done x It is a home from home.. And spotless. Cedar care has lifted a huge burden from my shoulders. And im very thankfull for the care they are giving to my husband.

Our family do not feel that the CQC report is a fair reflection of the care our Dad has received here. We cannot praise the staff enough for their commitment, care and understanding to all of us. Dad has some very challenging disabilities and has experienced a range of care homes that have been truly horrendous. Grosvenor Gardens (Rose Villa) was such a relief to find and for the first time we feel he is safe, excellently cared for and cherished. The building and grounds are immaculate and homely, the staff are always attentive, knowledgeable and kind. As a family we have utmost trust in the staff at Grosvenor Gardens and would recommend to anyone considering this an option for a family member. The CQC report unfairly reports legacy issues from the previous ownership and some reviewers on here have clearly not experienced the reality of what other 'care' providers offer.
