Inwood House Care Home

I attend Inwood regularly due to the events they have on. My daughter often volunteers at the events and this has now become a regular role for her. The staff are very welcoming on reception when you walk in. All staff, that you come into contact with will greet you with a warm welcome. All the residents I met are very happy and included in all activities. I love visiting and my daughter enjoys her time when she is there.

My mother has been a resident at Inwood House for nearly two years and has been treated with great care and kindness. This year things have stepped up a level with an increased number and range of activities. I want to particularly acknowledge Kimberley’s efforts in bringing in new people to sing and dance and generally get folks stimulated. The staff are very professional and supportive of visitors, when I had the opportunity to visit very often (for a few weeks) I was always made very welcome.

I recently had the opportunity to deliver training at Inwood House Residential Home and were impressed by the beautiful location and bright, welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, the team extended a warm welcome that made me feel right at home. The food and drink provided were exceptional, perfectly complementing the overall positive experience.

Inwood House is such a lovely home. The entrance is filled with light with a baby grand piano and a delightful cafe area where relatives and residents enjoy freshly made cake and a cuppa together. Newly refurbished bedrooms have been beautifully put together with homely and elegant touches that feel just like home. I've had the pleasure of working with Donna, the Home Manager who cares so deeply about her home and her residents and new, Activities Coordinator Kimberley who's passion to provide unique experiences and activities for her residents is exceptional! She's radiates kindness with all the colours of rainbow! The team are so friendly and create such a feeling of togetherness and family for their residents and families - I would hesitate to recommend Inwood House as a wonderful home.
