The Burlington Care Home

I had the pleasure of performing magic at this lovely care home recently. The staff and residents were happy and the area was clean, bright and spacious. You could tell instantly that this is one of the better care homes. I hope when I am older, that I get to stay here myself!

My father has been at the Burlington for a couple of years now and it has never been anything but a caring and supportive environment. Moving in totally revitalised my dad, he was 10 years younger from the moment he walked in. We had seen a few other places but nothing compared to this, they desrve 5 stars in every way, food, accommodation, staff, care, activities, the lot. He loves being here

The care provided to my Grandmother over the past 2 years has been second to none. The home itself is welcoming, clean and homely, it is a lovely place to visit your loved ones. The staff become part of your family and we became part of the Burlington family. All the staff are professional, caring, kind and just beautiful people that treated my Gran with love and respect. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my Gran to live out her final years. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

What a great experience visiting The Burlington today! As a professional visiting the home, I was welcomed and spoilt by all the staff with their warm hospitality. Especially Harley at reception and Marlene, being well organised and very helpful at assisting with my visit. As well as all the carers too. The Residents were all very content and looked very well cared for. Overall lovely facilities, great food and best of all genuine, lovely, caring staff! Looking forward to my next visit!

For the family having to make the decision to move my aunt from her home of some 30 years or so was very painful and necessary. From the moment my brother and I dropped my aunt to the front door of Burlington -as she embarked on a new beginning, it was clear from the onset that she was going to be very well cared for. After my aunt had a couple of weeks to settle into her new living environment I made my first visit to see her and it was evident that she was very comfortable in her new home-she really did believe (and still continues to) think she was embarking on another cruise adventure - to me and my father and brother we couldn’t wish for anything more than this. The whole staff team are attentive to her needs, their communication is excellent and they have done nothing but make us feel at ease & welcome every time we visit. To see the connection my aunt has established with the staffing team and residents really does feel me with such reassurance that we made the best decision for her.
