High Meadows Care Home

My dad recently was in the High meadows Nursing home. He had great care and the staff were wonderful to him . All the staff are very caring and compassionate in what they do. The managers are wonderful could do enough for you. My father had dementia and had the best care in his last days in a lovely caring environment. I highly recommend this nursing home and will recommend this nursing Home to friends and family.

My mother spent 2 1/2 years at this care home, the staff were absolutely lovely and took great care of her, right through to her last few days. The care was outstanding and she made many friends. Covid made life difficult for everyone, but the staff made sure the residents were well looked after. A lovely team of friendly people.

We chose High Meadows care home for my mother who has dementia On every visit I have been met with warmth and interest by the staff. The care for my mother has been exceptional. The nursing care is unrushed and full of kindness. She has activities each day and also 1:1 time. Initially my mother was cared for downstairs. However, as her needs have developed she has now been moved to the dementia focused wing upstairs. I cannot fault any aspect of her care and I feel totally at ease each and every time I leave. I wish to thank all the staff that work there for making the home such a decent place for my mother to live. Well done and thank you!

This is a brand new care-home, purpose built, spacious lounges and private-rooms beautifully decorated to very high standards. Home has an ambience that is peaceful and safe, welcoming, easy to relax and feel at home. Well qualified staff team offering 24 hr care. A nice place to live. Highly impressed.

This is a superb care home! In my job I get to visit a lot of care homes across the UK and this is one of the best I've seen. The facilities are of the highest order and the home is owned by a group of GPs and medical consultants who clearly understand what it takes to build and run an outstanding care home. The prices are on the high side, but very reasonable considering the luxury standard of accommodation and facilities. Well worth a visit if you're looking for private nursing or residential care.
