Dad has dementure and parkinsons, been struggling with home care for 3 or 4 years. In and out of hospital during those 4 years before he came to highfield......what a difference in him! Best he has been for last 4 years or so, not been in hospital.since he arrived. Staff so friendly and personable. If I was in a home (and I'm not even 50 yet so!) this is where I'd want to be. Care homes often get a bad deal in the media, this one is a shining light and is affordable to boot! Six stars from me (only allowed to award 5)

My mum is cared for at Highfield. The staff are brilliant with her and look after her very well. They always keep me informed of her medical status and wellbeing. They always respond positively to my questions. My mum is happy and safe and well cared for, which means a lot to her family.

Wonderful place for your family to stay hard working and caring staff always going an extra mile to deliver the care the residents deserve cleaned to an high speck manager Emma always interacting with residents and staff fabulous place to work as well as live good food and good activities your family would be very happy staying here highly recommended the home as lovely view of river and country side place Ed in Allerton bywater Leeds

This home is very friendly and the residents are really happy and cared for, I have only worked at Highfield care centre for 2 months and I have been supported a lot by staff and management. I love to care and get so much fulfilment from what support I can give the residents x

excellent care home very pleasant.The most enjoyable is being able to help the elderly and take care of them.Very friendly staff and Ive met some lovely people on my journey fantastic management.
