Wickham Care Home is a small and inviting place with caring staff. Residents are well looked after, the activities staff are fabulous and the management takes time with each family to ensure quality care is received. There are refurbishments ongoing but the home is fast improving and will be complete very soon.

The care of my mother is excellent, and has dementia , which creates problems for staff, carers and family alike. The staff try to include her in activities but she remains difficult to deal with ( due to above). However I have witnessed the staff never stop trying to include her again and again. The building itself is tired but I understand changes are afoot. Over all I have absolute confidence my mother is well looked after despite her difficulties.

I have only ever found the staff and management at Wickham Care Home kind and caring not only to the residents but to family as well which has meant so much. The home itself has gone through some major refurbishments which has really added to the comfort and friendly atmosphere.
