I am writing this on behalf of my nanna who’s currently living in Kesteven and has been since November 2024. I can’t thank all the staff enough for what they do for my nanna they go above and beyond for her and all their residents. My nanna is really well looked after and is thriving. I would 100% recommend this home! Gemma- Grandaughter

Where do I start this place is brilliant the way the staff are with everyone in there it’s lovely they really do care not just with my family member all of them. They always go above and beyond and that extra mile like having the rabbits and now they’ve got some kittens it really is home from home. Keep doing what you’re doing! Xx

I have found the care given to my father since he moved into Kersteven Grange, five weeks ago, to be excellent. He is in the Dementia care area, of the home. There are always plenty of staff working with the residents and the atmosphere in the Dementia area is usually calm and friendly. His room is always clean, and the furniture is in good condition. I have never seen him to be anything but clean, tidy and well groomed. The whole home is secure. The dementia area is on the second floor served by a lift with a key code activation by staff, so the most vulnerable are kept extra safe. Dad tells me the food is very good, he is always keen to get to the dinning room. There are drinks and biscuits are served to residents between meals. I am always kept up to date with his care and any incidents. I felt very guilty putting Dad into a home, but I feel so glad that the home I chose was Kersteven Grange. I know he is getting first class care.
