I cannot thank Adrian, Bianca and the team enough for looking after my Dad in his final week. They showed great care and compassion towards him ensuring he was clean and comfortable at all times. They were also extremely kind to me and my brother offering us food and drinks as we sat with him and allowed us to stay as long as we wanted without making us feel unwelcome. I would certainly recommend nursing care for any loved one at Ventress Hall

My Grandad was recently in Ventress Hall and all care staff were exceptional in their job helping him day by day throughout his time there. Sadly he passed, but his end of life care was also great and all carers were very nurturing during that time.

Mum (Shirley) has been in Ventress Hall for almost a year now and she loves it. The staff are amazing to her, and her little cat. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Ventress Hall Darlington is a 'people place' and congratulation to the staff and managers for providing such dedicated and committed service.
