Ashcroft Care Home

Ashcroft care home is fantastic. The standard of care they gave my Mum was second to none. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. Stella who came to the hospital to access Mum was really kind and caring. Ashcroft is spotless and modern and is run with the up most care and dignity. The isn't enough stars on this review to rate Ashcroft, so 5 will have to do. It should be 100

The staff are absolutely amazing at Ashcroft. My mum went in on the 8th Aug 2022 as she was on end of life and nothing was to much trouble in looking after her and accommodating myself and my family. Tobbie and Michael went above and beyond to make sure mum was as comfortable as possible until she passed away on the 13th Sept we are eternally greatful. We would definitely recommend ashcroft to anyone.

This care home is fantastic. The standard of care is outstanding. Staff are wonderful. Its more like a family home. They cared for my dad untill he passed away and i cant emphasise enough how wonderful they were. Thankyou lorraine boylett.

Used Ashcroft for our 93 year old grandmother who required palliative care. Having previously made numerous referrals for support to keep her at home unfortunately it came to a point that she required more care and needed to go into a nursing home. Our grandmother stayed for her final few weeks at Ashcroft, the care and compassion by all staff was amazing. We were rung several times a week with updates and the home itself had great facilities, was clean, didn’t smell, had modern private bedrooms with clean en-suite wet rooms, her own room had freeview tv’s, dvd, fridge and was like a well spec’d modern hotel room. We made an unexpected visit and saw her having lunch, the meals looked tasty, hot and good proportions. As a family we would have no hesitation recommending the place. 5 ⭐️
