My Name is Anthony Byfield, our late gran ma's family friend moved into church Rose Nusing home recently. Many of our family members visited today around 5:30 pm after we finished work . We wanted to see around the home. The receptionist was almost on her way out locking the office door but she came in attended to us, showed us around with an amazing smile and explanation of the kind of care you offer. She even offered us drinks, she explained how big and growing the company is with very high standard of care which we have seen as we walked in the home its smells amazing nothing like a nursing home. As we walked past the repectionist knew every residents by their names , stopped, talked and laughed and joke with them before we continue which was breath taking. My family couldn't stop talking about the way the Nursing home feels so homely, caring and welcoming with all the staff be so friendly. We will not hesitate to recommend this home to our friends, families and love ones ❤️ Thumps up to this exceptional, kind and loving receptionist in the 🏡 xxxx

What a fantastic place. The love, care and compassion they provided to my Dad was excellent. Unfortunately Dad passed away in June and they provided him with care and respect up until the end. The staff treated Dad like he was part of their family, and he loved living there. They kept me updated regularly and were always happy to help or answer any questions I had. They really cared for Dad and I will genuinely miss them all now that Dad has passed away

I visit Church Rose quite regularly, in a professional capacity, and I am never less than impressed with the admin/'front of house' staff on each visit. They are always smiling and welcoming, as well as professional. In fact, there is one lady in particular I'd like to mention; Fatou, I believe her name is. She is an absolute joy to deal with. As busy as she is, she makes time for you, and has the most amazing ability to lift one's spirits and every time I leave the site, it's with a huge smile on my face. With her infectious laugh, and wonderful demeanour, she is the perfect person to put 'front of house'. I look forward to every visit, no matter how brief. I believe it must be a wonderful place to be cared for, and a wonderful place to work !

My mother has been at Church Rose Nursing Home since March 2023. From the moment my Mom arrived we cannot praise the Standard of Care and Attention my Mom has received from every member of Staff. (Management, Receptionist, Carers and Nursing Staff). All staff have smiles to greet my Mom on every occasion and always happy to do anything required as possible. The staff also ensure myself and family members are well looked after with drinks or food if needed. I would like to thank everyone for everything they are going looking after my Mom. I'm so pleased knowing that Mom is happy and not at home worrying about her. I know I can phone at anytime day or night, never a problem if I need to speak to Mon they take the phone down to her so I can speak to her.

Church Rose has been a wonderful home for Mum. Having such friendly and genuinely caring staff, nothing has been too much trouble for them. Mum has always been treated with dignity and respect and given encouragement with smiles and laughter. As far as the home itself goes, it is bright, very clean and spacious. The staff are well informed and organised. It has been excellent in every way.
