In terms of dedicated and unadulterated service especially to the service users, Elburton height is sedulous. It is a home that stands out in the comity of care homes across board with industrious members of staff and intelligent management team working hard daily to maintain standard in best practice. Elburton Heights is an incredibly compassionate and caring home. It is very warm and friendly. I have visited whilst attending several events at the home and they are all absolutely incredible, they certainly know how to enjoy themselves thats for sure!. The residents look like they are always having lots of fun and do lots and lots of amazing activities with the staff. All the staff are just brilliant and attentive and always have a smile on their faces and they all clearly love their work! The food looks and smells amazing from what I have seen. There is a beautiful garden with fish pond to walk in. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place of care for a loved one

A fantastic professionally run Nursing Home situated in the heart of the community, as a new member of the team, I have been made very welcome by the whole team. Highly recommended as an employer and a safe Homely environment for family members.

Both my Mum and my Dad were cared for at Elburton Heights. I have nothing but thanks and admiration for the work they do there. Mum and Dad were well looked after and both of them passed away peacefully in a caring environment. My sister and I regularly visited our parents over a period of eighteen months and never had any cause for complaint. We saw that there were extremely clean rooms, a friendly atmosphere, fun entertainment, very good food and a whole lot of exceptional staff who showed a great deal of attention to our parents. My sister and I send our heartfelt thanks to Abbie, Gareth and all the staff.
