Such a warm environment from the moment you walk in. Every time I have come to deliver training for the team at Grove Park over recent years everyone is so welcoming and friendly; it really is a joy to visit. The hospitality is top notch where nothing is too much trouble. As a trainer it’s is great to meet team members who are so keen to learn and enhance their knowledge to make sure they are giving the best possible care to those who live in the home. Thank you all for what you do for your residents and community. I could not rate my experiences with this home highly enough.

Grove Park is an excellent care home. The housekeeping team have supported my new housekeeper and it is very much appreciated, they were marvellous. The home is stunning and the staff and leadership team are amazing. When I visit the home the atmosphere is that of happiness and kindness throughout. The manager Lisa took the time to personally show me around, providing a detailed overview of the services available, including a lovely aviary that added a unique and delightful touch to the home.
