Claremont Manor Care Home

I have been blown away by both the facilities available and the staff at Claremont Manor Care Home. The environment is spacious, clean and perfectly set up to meet all levels of resident needs. I think its great that there is a bar, movie theatre, lounges, hair dressers and grandchildren's room. It really has that an air of luxury. Love that the dining areas are really like cafes and restaurants. The menus look great. Every member of staff I encounter has been nothing but polite and supportive. Nothing seems too much trouble. You can visit whenever you want and they seem to be constantly running family events. Claremont Manor has a real community feel about it.

My dad has been at Claremont for over 4 months. The standard of care is very high, the staff are warm, caring ,showing compassion and empathy to my dad’s individual needs. Communication between staff, residents and families are very good. Any issues that occur are dealt with swiftly, sincerely and confidently by management. The LifeStyle team are amazing! My dad is involved with many activities which has given him confidence and better self esteem. Overall I would not hesitate in encouraging others to move to Claremont Manor.

Claremont Manor is an amazing place. The facilities are beautfiul and the care team are really special. I have experienced the home as an employee and a family member of a resident, and cannot recommend them enough.

My family and I would like to express our gratitude for the empathy, kindness and care they gave to my Aunty Lynn. Although she was only there for a short time until the end of her life, we want to express how impressed we all are as a family at the care, dignity and respect they showed to her. The kindness from each and every one of the staff we will forever remember. We personally found Claremont to be a beautiful home with great facilities and delicious food. Each and every member of staff we met at Claremont were all professional and working to a high standard, whilst also being so warm and welcoming to us all. Thank you to all at Claremont Manor.

Thank you to the staff at Claremont Manor, Dawlish for helping host a lovely big birthday celebration for a dear relative. It was easy to see the care they give.
