Baycroft Flitwick Care Home

I joined baycroft nearly a year ago and from day one was welcomed with open arms into the home and team! It’s a beautiful working environment and all staff work so well together as a big team, making the home such a happy positive place to be.

I work at Baycroft Flitiwick for 8 months as a Registered Nurse.I feel very privileged to be part of the amazing team at Baycroft Flitiwick. It is a lovely place to work and very supportive staff to work with. The team consistently meets their goals and very often exceeding expectations.I feel grateful and blessed to have the team as part of my life.

I was dreaming to be part of Baycroft Flitwick team when the home was just a project. I felt privileged when offered a nurse position and joined in June 2019. From welcoming the first resident up to the present, the journey has been amazing. Staff are really passionate, ready at all times to go extra miles to keep our residents safe and happy. I feel so proud when other professionals visiting the home are praising our achievements and our residents well being. Together with our lovely residents and their families we make a great team. We have fun together, we support each other and we plan together for evan a grater future. Our managers are friendly and approachable, which is a big plus towards achieving our goals.

Baycroft Flitwick is a lovely place to work. The entire team work so hard to provide the best level of care for the residents at the home. After being a member of the team for the last year I can honestly say that there isn’t a nicer place to work!
