I only spent two days volunteering at Alder House but it has left such an impression on me! Every member of staff had a smile on their face and they all immediately welcomed me into the team and put me at ease. It is obvious how much each memeber of the team cares about the residents and everyone is extremely well looked after. The facilities are beautiful and very well kept, making this a wonderful place to work or live!

Have a family member in here. The place is like a hotel its lovely and staff members are second to none. Dont send your loved ones anywhere else. This home is fantastic.

Such a lovely feel throughout the home, staff and residents have great relationships which shows. The grounds are beautiful, great location. I highly recommend Alder House if your looking for a loved one.

Alder House is an amazing place to work and visit. A very friendly and welcoming team. Everyone is caring and goes above and beyond for each other and for the residents. Amazingly warm reception from the front of house and a family feel throughout the home. Great Housekeeping team, dedicated care staff, friendly and supportive management, a good choice of food on the menu and plenty of activities on offer daily. It doesn't matter which department the staff work in their main priority is the well-being of the residents.
