I always receive a warm welcome when I visit my sister at Beeston Rise. The staff are friendly and caring and the management team are always happy to discuss any concerns or ideas. The excellent entertainment team provide activities to suit all abilities and I’m especially pleased to see regular interaction with animals, which my sister really enjoys. I find all areas of the home are kept to a high standard so I recommend Beeston Rise as a happy and well run home.

Dad received excellent care and attention on his respite stay recently. They were so vigilant and attentive that they were able to spot a serious illness and immediately got him into hospital. Anything you ask of them is not too much trouble. Highly recommended

Beeston Rise Care Home is a perfect example of how residential homes should be run. From the moment you enter you feel part of a community and all residents are treated as individuals. I have spent a lovely afternoon with family and friends celebrating my aunt's 98th birthday - the excellent catering including birthday cake , the lovely entertainment room decorated for the occasion and cheerful staff made her birthday one to remember. Thank you all you are a special team.

My parents have now been at Beeston Rise for nearly one year and during that time I cannot fault the personalised support and care they have been give, despite difficult medical issues to deal with. I know my parents are more settled and relaxed than they have been for years. The Beeston Rise staff operate with dignity, cheerfulness, creativity and the management style and the teamwork they inspire is impressive. Thank you!

Visited the Christmas fayre at Beeston Rise care home with my daughter on Saturday which was a lovely event. The staff were very friendly and it was great to see the residents getting involved with the singing and entertainment. Santa was there too! The care home is new and looks very modern inside with great facilities, it even has a cinema room and spa.Thank you for making us feel welcome.
