Wrottesley Park House Care Home

I have enjoyed every visit, entering the building I am greeted by friendly faces. The activities are great and theres something going on everyday. All the staff including the management, admin, domestic, kitchen, activities, maintenance teams are friendly, welcoming and cheerful. The environment was clean and tidy. Overall a nice place.

Thank you for your hospitality today my friend and myself have really enjoyed it, staff are so pleasent, it's like family being with them. I would like to add to my review today I received a call about my brother who was upset, he was remembering our mom had died, they put him on phone so I could speak to him, sometimes he gets mixed up. I cannot thank them enough, Shannon knew how to talk to him to help him, the manager Santosh was also very helpful and very caring as we're others. If I could give 10stars I would. Thank you everyone

After visiting this home, I can't praise the staff enough. The kitchen provides a fantastic menu, the place is spotless, any issues are soon addressed by maintenance & the management's door is always open for any queries. There are activities every day. This is a lovely home.

I am truly impressed with the exceptional care provided at Wrottesley Park House. The staff are incredibly kind, compassionate, and always go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and valued. The cleanliness of the care home is outstanding ,everything is well-maintained, and the rooms are always spotless and fresh. It’s evident that great attention is given to hygiene and ensuring a safe and pleasant living space for the residents.

Having visited Wrottesley on a number of occasions, l have always felt welcomed by all staff members during the visits. The staff that I have spoken with, appear to be passionate about their work and making a difference for each resident. The home is exceptionally well kept along with the residents who are very well dressed and clearly looked after in a very good manner. Wrottesley has a very relaxed feeling around the home. The range of activities to offer each resident the opportunity to do something they enjoy or used to enjoy before living at Wrottesley. The housekeeping staff are also very welcoming and helpful to all residents and family members. I would recommend this home to anybody looking at care homes for their relatives.
