Amazing care home, highly recommend. They bends over backwards for all the residents. My nan has been here for 2 years now and everytime we visit everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Clean,fresh & homely, no obnoxious smells !! Tasty well cooked meals with choice of menu options Wonderful staff,polite and friendly nothing too much trouble. Beautifully furnished ensuite rooms a kin to a boutique hotel with adjustable beds for individual comfort. Plenty for residents to do & be involved in,if they wish. We as a family,can not find any fault & can not praise the care & attention our mum receives,high enough. Gapp.

My mum moved into Thorn Springs in September after being given a diagnosis of Altziemers and I am so pleased we found this home for her. The staff and carers really go above and beyond and nothing is too much for them. The home is very modern, clean and has so many activities laid on for the residents and the food provided is plentiful and tasty. There is always plenty to occupy my mum within the home if needed and if she just wants to chill in her room that’s ok too. I highly recommend Thorn Springs and can see a noticeable change in my mums mood and well-being since she has moved into Thorn Springs.

Myself and my mother are so happy that we found Thorn Springs on line. This was the only home I looked at and I was so impressed with everything that it showed that I immediately came to view it. Everyone was so helpful and the staff are amazing. My mother has never been happier. I would recommend this home to everyone. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always there to answer any questions we have. I can relax now knowing my mother is extremely happy and loving every minute of her stay here with all the activities that they provide. My mother was losing the will to live but she has bucked up so much for being here. I would just like to say thank you to all at Thorn Springs you have made mine and my mums life so much easier knowing that they are looking after her so well.
