Working at lennox house has been a fulfilling and meaningful experience. It’s been several years.The team is supportive, and there’s a strong sense of community among both staff and residents. I’ve had the opportunity to grow professionally while making a real difference in people’s lives. Management is approachable, training is provided regularly, and high standards of care are maintained. It can be challenging at times, but the job is very rewarding. I take pride in knowing that we help provide comfort, dignity, and companionship to those who need it most.”

My father was placed into restbite at Lennox house, I have to say Lennox house was very clean and tidy all of the staff from the manager down to the nurses and maintenance team. They were all so very friendly and accommodating willing to help. I had peace of mind knowing that the staff will attend and help with my fathers needs. I would advise any family’s if you want a peace of mind when caring for a loved one Lennox house is the place. My sister was a resident there, and I want to express my gratitude for the compassionate care she received. From the moment she entered the facility, the staff at Lennox house treated her with dignity, compassion, and respect. The environment was warm and welcoming, which helped ease her transition. The caregivers were not only professional but also genuinely caring, always making an effort to engage with her and ensure her comfort. I particularly appreciated the efforts made by the nursing team. They communicated effectively about her health and provided updates whenever necessary, which gave me peace of mind. The staff was attentive to her needs, both physical and emotional, and it was evident that they took the time to understand her as an individual. In her final days, the team at Lennox house demonstrated exceptional compassion. They ensured that she was comfortable and provided emotional support to our family during this challenging time. Their presence and kindness made a significant difference, allowing us to focus on being with her and cherishing our moments together. While losing my sister is a heart-wrenching experience, I am grateful for the care she received at Lennox house .
