Farm Lane Care Home

My dad stayed at this care home and I want to express my deepest thanks to everyone who looked after him. The care he received was outstanding from start to finish, and our family will always be grateful. The nurses were compassionate, professional and attentive, always making sure he was comfortable and treated with dignity. The carers and support staff were equally incredible, so patient, kind, and thoughtful, treating him like family. I also want to mention the domestic cleaners, who kept his room spotless and always greeted him with a smile, it meant more than you can imagine. The management team were always approachable, supportive, and made sure communication with us was open and honest every step of the way. Even up until the very end, the entire team showed such warmth and care, making an incredibly hard time that little bit easier for us all. Thank you all, you made a real difference in my dad’s life and ours.

We visited a relative in Farm Lane. I was amazed about the beautiful environment. The place are clean and the staff offered us refreshments. thumbs up

This is the most wonderful care home, the staff are so friendly and helpful, a relative of ours is being cared for here and I am so thankful daily for the altruistic staff who are so gentle and kind with her. Thank you all very much 🙏
