I am a visiting entertainer- I play the piano and the residents singalong with me. I have been doing this once a month for a few months and I want to mention the commitment to the care of the residents that I see each time I visit. The staff are very friendly and it is clear that they attend to the needs of the residents in a cheerful and devoted manner.

We think the staff are always very pleasant and helpful. They answer any question we may ask.They care for our brother/brother in law really well. If he has any problems they always phone us to explain ,also, if we agree with decisions to be made on his behalf. We would recommend Waterloo Care Home to anyone.

Staff I have met have all been very accommodating and helpful. I have received updates with rules around the home that fall in-line with the current legislation and rules regularly so know when I can and can not go for a visit. I’ve not looked around the home in person due to COVID- but was given a virtual tour - this is to protect their residents.

My father is here and the staff are amazing. Always a happy place to visit and a homely feel. I never worry about the care he is receiving I know it’s first class when I’m not there. Thank you Waterloo Care Home.
