Mum's only been at Lindley Grange since Dec. She was unsettled to start with and poor mobility, but with the care & love given to her by all the staff she's settling nicely now and her mobility has improved vastly (she can now potter around with her frame under supervision 😀). Lovely fresh cooked meals by great chefs (mum's got a little appetite, but enjoys what is served) . Daily activities (led by fantastic team) including a variety of games, baking, flower arranging, visiting school children, singers, excersises, (all of which mum enjoys & happily joins in with 😀) . High recommendation for Lindley Grange 👏 💯% Thank you ~ Karen & Alec x❤️x (Daughter & Son in Law of resident Christine 🥰)x

My mum has been there since January and the care she receives in amazing. Staff are always sat with the residents, even if they are doing paperwork, they do it with the residents. You never see a room without staff present and interacting. The house is always incredibly clean and I’m not sure how, but she never has anyone else clothes on. They do some amazing and engaging activities; all residents are encouraged to be involved and somehow, they manage to get my mum to willingly participate. Families are also encouraged to be involved in the activities that the home provide which allows me to spend time with mum as a daughter rather than a carer, doing something meaningful with her. Families are involved in everything they do, and communication is fantastic with all members of the team from the nurses to the reception team. No decisions are made regards mum without speaking with me first which is lovely. It feels like they take a personal interest in your family member, fighting for them, if need be, to ensure they get the funding they are entitled to or the right care from the NHS etc All the team seem to know the residents and treat them like family rather than staff. My mum has a personalised diet due to her diabetes and you wouldn’t know, she eats with everyone else at the same time and isn’t made to stand out from the other residents. Staff always speak to the residents, when they walk past them, be it the home manager to the amazing cleaning team, they all speak to them. The experience we have had so far has been amazing thank you.

Julie the manager , all the care staff and nurses have been great with my mum. They interact and have fun with the residents putting on activities. Becky is great planning activities for them and knowing I can't visit as much as I would like she even goes the extra mile and has sent lovely photos of my mum too. Most importantly the staff care and support my mum like you would want . They know my mum well it shines through when they talk about her and her mannerisms. Dementia is the worst thing so it's so important that loved ones are in a care home with knowledgeable and caring staff. Thank you Lindley Grange

I can’t praise the manager and staff highly enough for the love, care and compassion they showed to my husband and our family during his 12 month stay. It was an extremely difficult transition for us but the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and part of the Lindley Grange family. The home- cooked food was delicious and plentiful. I would highly recommend this home. Well done everyone, keep up the excellent work xxx

Dad has been in Lindley Grange Care Home for about 8 months now and we are happy with all aspects of his care. From day one, Dad was treated as an individual , and with respect - before he moved in, the manager visited Dad to assess his needs personally, and did an in depth chat with him and us, ensuring that moving to Lindley Grange was the right decision for everyone. Dad's needs are met well, he has settled in well and we are supported as a family. Queries and problems are dealt with quickly and care plans are discussed and adjusted regularly to make sure they still meet Dad's needs. Staff members work together as a team and are kind, caring, patient and make each day fun and interesting for the residents.
