Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail are second to none. My father spent the last few months of his life at Wood Grange. He was treated extremely well while being looked after in the Willoughby Unit. It wasn't just the nursing staff that were excellent. The carers, activity and cleaning staff also went beyond what they needed to do. Every one of the staff in Wood Grange made his stay comfortable and pleasant and also had time for all of the family and friends that visited him.

My mother in law recently had some respite care at Wood Grange following a hip injury. A great place to recover from a hospital stay. All of the staff were fantastic, and very kind. I would like to make a special mention of one member of staff - Maria, who certainly went above and beyond to make the stay a success. First class service, thank you.

My husband recently had a 2 week respite stay at woodgrange. I was very happy with the care and support of all the staff, from the cleaners , carers, activities and management. The food was fabulous, lots of choices. Husband enjoyed the dining experience. Plenty of activities offered. Nice room looking onto the garden. I had a lovely rest and relaxed knowing my husband was being very well cared for. He thoroughly enjoyed the spa bath . I would most certainly recommend woodgrange to others and would use again in the future.

I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention given to my friend Joan whilst she was a resident in Wood Grange. All the staff involved in her care were excellent and met her every whim and request. Not always an easy situation but always carried out with a smile. Joan had particular likes regarding her meals and the Chef and kitchen staff always managed to deliver something tasty to tempt her to eat. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Joan was always singing the praises of the staff. The activities are on a regular basis and varied, giving residents mental and physical stimulation. All in all the minute you walk into Reception you are greeted and made to feel welcome. Lovely seating area where a coffee is on hand. Wood Grange is a “home from home” beautifully and efficiently run by the staff and Management.
