Staff are excellent, caring and professional. The premises are always clean and welcoming. They treated my mother with care and dignity throughout the last year of her life.

Well, my first visit was yesterday 9th Jan, and cannot concur with some of the comments here. The place is large, warm, spotlessly clean and my sister has a lovely room with a pleasant view and lovely large TV. The toilet in her room is very close at hand, and the meal at 12.30pm that was brought in for her looked very appetizing. I understand big changes have been made recently and it shows. Only 4-5 scored, a point off as I was not offered a cup of tea. :-)

I can only report from my Mum's perspective. Her room is very comfortable and ideal for her needs. She is well cared for and the staff are lovely. She has flourished with the care she is getting and my sister and I are happy that she is safe and in good hands. If ever we have any concerns or queries, the staff and management are always quick to respond. There could be some improvement in the kitchen, but that is being addressed too.
