I was invited to the open day with my sons nursery, had a lovely time. Friendly staff, lovely home feel. Will definitely be visiting again. Court yard is beautiful with Alice and wonderland theme. I came to the care home on an open day with my family, I thought this place was beautiful and really cared for its residents, I loved how friendly the staff was too! Really suggest bringing your loved ones here.

Wow, we’re do I start, Orford house is simply amazing, the grounds are absolutely stunning, all the staff go above and beyond there duty’s everyday, professionally run from the top down, I visit my Nan often here and frequently take the time to sit and talk with some of the other residents as well as the staff, it’s a very happy place for me. Thankyou to all the amazing staff that continue to care for my Nan.

February 2024 My mother was in another care home and she needed a nursing home and Orford House had a place available. In the short time mum was in there I couldn’t fault any member of staff , they kept me updated on mums condition, they were very attentive to mum and myself . Unfortunately mum was dying when she went in there and from day one the staff were brilliant .When mum passed last Friday they have been very informative and haven’t rush me to gather her things . Not like the care home she was in before . All in all thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for mums final days . February 2024
