Enderby Grange Care Home

A lovely home. Friendly staff. Very supportive.

This is the loveliest place for your family member to be. My dad sadly passed away in December but he spent the last 2.5 years of his life at Enderby Grange. He needed assisted living due to very poor mobility but had full capacity and was treated so well by all of the staff. He regularly commented on how good the food was and any likes and dislikes were taken into consideration so he always had plenty to eat - especially when it came to a particular favourite - biscuits! His clothes and room were always kept very clean for him and any spills sorted straight away. I'd like to give a particular shout out to Tess and Jack who were very supportive towards the end but all of the staff here deserve a medal for the way they work with such kindness to all of the residents. I know he was very fond of the team, who have such challenging and demanding jobs to do but they always made him feel like the favourite and very special to them. As a family, we were particularly touched that Midland Care sponsored a tree in the National Forest in memory of dad and we feel like he genuinely is missed and wasn't just a nameless room occupant. Many supported living places concentrate on flowers and decoration but Enderby Grange focuses on what really matters and that is quality of care. We'd highly recommend for anyone looking for supported living accommodation.
