What people say about Hepworth House

Well where to start my nana Anne was a resident here at Hepworth but she’s sadly no longer here with us. I still get the pleasure of been able to pop in at time to time when community events happen as my partner Ellie works as the activities coordinator I can see first hand how hard she works not just at work but at home too in her own time to make it a fun and home from home feel for the residents . But without all the staff up there working incredibly hard and some giving there days off to work to make sure everything is in tip top shape for the residents from the cleaners and care staff to the front of house that greets you with a big smile and the new home manager and both activities coordinators all I can say is keep up the hard work you all deserve a bonus for what you all do it takes a special group of people to do what you all do every day .

my grandma is the grandma i always remembered since moving in here, before moving here she was a shell of herself but she is now thriving and back to her self, its something we never thought possible, she has gain some new friends and its just amazing to see! seeing Facebook posts she is in fill my heart with joy and love, its what she needed and deserves the staff are amazing they are so helpful and lovely and welcoming! they are always doing things be it days out or activity's in the home. we arrive in a mass group and we are never made to feel in the way even with the children roaming about, all the residents are lovely and seem to lap up the attention from the kids and don't have a bad word to say. its like a 4 star hotel but with added care, its very modern and even has their own sky bar and hair salon! if a doctors visit is needed from our experience even on a weekend they get them there with in a few hours

I currently work at Hepworth House and have done for the last 8months . Hepworth House is a beautiful home , i have worked in the care industry for the last 22years and Hepworth is definitely the nicest home I've worked in . All the residents and the families there are like my extended family. Whatever your loved ones want or need from chiropodist to hair dresser to church group to day outings , cinema room to a sky bar , library to garden room , the list goes on , its all under one roof 😌

I have worked at Hepworth house since the opening in June 2021. Every day is a little different to the last. Our residents love our staff and our service we provide for them. Our residents are chatty like to share stories about their lives and all communicate together. I work with a wonderful team and have made some wonderful friends. Our manager Lynn is great she is very approachable and takes on board what we say our Front of house manager Amanda is fantastic will do anything for anyone. And we all work as a team and welcome all new residents with lots of warmth and love.. we are by far an extended family

I am one of the activity coordinators at Hepworth House and have been here from opening. It is a lovely home with a good and relaxing atmosphere. The residents are treated in a person centred way and they are all settling in well in their new home. The company is excellent to work for, they care for the staff as well as the residents. We have a great team of staff working here who all go above and beyond for the residents. Highly recommend for a place to live or work.
